That’s why Brazoria County Constable Pct. 1 is proud to partner with the Brazoria County Parks Division to provide dedicated law enforcement support and environmental protection throughout our parks system.

With a designated Constable Deputy assigned to park patrol, we work alongside the Parks Division to:

✅ Ensure Park Safety – Providing law enforcement presence to protect visitors, deter crime, and handle any incidents that arise.
✅ Prevent Illegal Dumping – Monitoring and investigating environmental violations to keep our parks clean and beautiful.
✅ Assist Park Staff – Supporting park rangers and personnel with enforcement, security, and emergency response.
✅ Protect Wildlife & Natural Resources – Enforcing laws that safeguard our coastal habitats, trails, and recreational areas.
✅ Enhance Community Experience – Working with park staff to ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for families, campers, and outdoor enthusiasts.
