Ensuring Courtroom Security in Brazoria County Precinct 1

The Brazoria County Precinct 1 Constable's Office, under the leadership of Constable Mike Fulton, is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for the public, court staff, and judges.

As mandated by Texas Local Government Code 86.021(e), Constables are statutorily responsible for courtroom security, serving as Bailiffs in the Justice Courts of their precinct.

Court Security Division

The Court Security Division plays a vital role in ensuring order, safety, and the protection of all individuals within our Justice Courts. Operating from three offices within Precinct 1, our division is responsible for providing security and enforcement to:

🏛 Justice of the Peace Court 1-2 (Freeport and Alvin Courtrooms)

Our dedicated deputies work diligently to:
