Constable Fulton - Coastal Clean Up Program

Brazoria County’s beautiful coastal areas are under attack—not by nature, but by illegal dumping and littering. From our beaches to our waterways, trash is piling up, harming our environment, endangering wildlife, and ruining the natural beauty we take pride in.

🚨 Illegal Dumping: More Than Just a Mess 🚨

Littering and illegal dumping aren’t just an eyesore—they’re crimes. And in Brazoria County Precinct 1, we’re taking a stand. Thanks to the Coastal Clean-Up Program, we’re not just picking up trash—we’re holding offenders accountable.

When illegal dumping is reported, our team takes action:
Contacting the right agencies to clean up the mess
Investigating the source of the illegal dumping
Issuing citations and making arrests when necessary

If you dump illegally in Brazoria County, you will be found, fined, or even jailed. Our community deserves better.
